Rock type tipper trailer is using for big rocks, small rocks and ground transportations in constructions sites.
Rock Type Tipper Trailer has 3 – 5 axle ready for heavy transportation & unloading in limestone, rock in mines, sand, marble sectors with construction materials.
We are using HARDOX Steel on our boxes of rock type tipper trailer which is enough strong for heavy loadings. Where we use Rock Type Tipper Trailer; Mining, Big Rocks, Coal, Clinker, bauxite, manganese, transportations.
We offer 170bar-250bar pressure hydraulic cylinders for rock type tipper trailers. Hidromas, Hidrosır, HYD or HYVA hydraulic cylinder brands are in our range to use for our customers. We use popular brands axles for our trailers which are; TRAX, OSMANKOC, MPD, BPW, SAF, VALX, GIGANT axles. Suitable to use middle cylinder up to 70 tonnes unloading process.
Rock Type Tipper Trailer chassis are made of ST52 steel grade in standart package. For some of customers when the low weight is important we offer MC700/Domex Steel to decrease total weight of tipper trailer to load more than they expect. We use Wabco or Knorr Bremse EBS brake systems. Pirelli, Goodyear, Bridgestone is most popular models of tyre brands. Regarding to country rules & loading types single or double tyres are avaliable.

Electronic Braking System (EBS), as the name suggests work with electronic signals. These electrical signal then is transmitted to the central module. According to the vehicle’s load situation, the system calculates the appropriate pressures for the individual brake cylinders, causing deceleration of the vehicle. The valves on the brake cylinders generate the required braking pressure according to the control signals.
Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) prevents the wheels from locking up during heavy and sudden braking, avoiding uncontrolled skidding. ABS utilizes wheel speed sensors to determine if one or more wheels are trying to lock up during braking. If a wheel tries to lock up, a series of hydraulic valves limit or reduce the braking on that wheel. This prevents skidding and allows to maintain steering control.
