Creditworthiness Checks: Contracts are concluded subject to the condition that STU, based on obtained information, determines the ordering party is creditworthy.
Intellectual Property (IP): All documentation, drawings, molds, and models remain the property of STU.
Data Protection: The buyer is not allowed to copy, use, or make STU documentation available to third parties without written permission.
Third-Party Rights: If the buyer provides models or drawings to STU, the buyer warrants that this does not infringe on the IP rights or trade secrets of third parties.
