Key Features
Every system engineered for reliability under extreme loads — from hydraulic steering to the extendable bed structure.
Hydraulic Steering
Precision Steering. Tight Spaces, Heavy Loads.
Full hydraulic steering across all axles dramatically reduces turning radius — enabling access to confined construction sites, port terminals, and industrial facilities that conventional low loaders cannot reach.
Manoeuvre Where Others Cannot
Hydraulic steering on all axles allows the low loader to negotiate roundabouts, narrow site gates, and congested urban roads with an abnormal-width load that would be impossible for fixed-axle alternatives.
Operator-Controlled Steering Modes
Switch between road-follow, crab-steer, and independent rear-axle modes to optimise manoeuvrability for each phase of the journey — from motorway transit to on-site positioning.
Extendable Platform
One Platform. Every Length.
Telescopic extension transforms the bed length to accommodate longer loads — industrial boilers, bridge beams, wind turbine components — without specialist step-frame or beam configurations.
High-Strength Bed Construction
The main beam and extension sections are fabricated from MC700 high-strength steel — delivering 700 MPa minimum yield strength for maximum stiffness under eccentric loading without excess tare weight.
80 to 150 Tons Capacity
Rated for loads from 80 to 150 tons across the platform — covering excavators, crawler cranes, industrial presses, transformer units, and oversized process modules.
Detachable Gooseneck
Front Loading Without Ramps.
The detachable gooseneck swings clear of the front of the platform, allowing crawler-tracked machinery to drive on directly from ground level — no ramps, no crane lifts, minimum loading time.
Ground-Level Loading Access
With the gooseneck detached, the deck sits at near ground level at the front — enabling tracked excavators, crawlers, and wheeled machinery to self-load without auxiliary equipment.
Robust Locking Mechanism
The gooseneck-to-platform coupling uses a heavy-duty pin-and-locking system rated for the full trailer capacity — providing positive engagement verification before transport begins.
Running Gear
Pneumatic Air Suspension
Air suspension system provides adjustable ride height and cushioned load isolation — protecting sensitive machinery payloads from road shock and vibration throughout the journey.
High-Load Rated Axles
Heavy-duty axles rated for the extreme axle loads typical of 80–150 ton transport — selected to operate within European road transport regulations and maintain stability across all terrain conditions.
Full LED Lighting Suite
Complete LED lighting system including rear combination lamps, side marker lamps, and wide-load indicator lighting — fully compliant with European road regulations for abnormal transport.

Material & Engineering FAQs
What is Hardox steel and where is it used in trailers?
Hardox is a wear-resistant steel manufactured by SSAB, specifically designed for applications requiring exceptional abrasion resistance. Grades vary from 400 to 500 HBW.
Technical Details:Typical applications include dump truck bodies and loader buckets. Service life can be 3-5 times longer than conventional steel.
What are the welding requirements for high-strength steels?
High-strength steels require specialized welding procedures to maintain mechanical properties and prevent defects, including preheating for thicknesses > 20mm.
Technical Details:Welding procedures must be qualified according to EN ISO 15614. Heat input typically limited to 0.8-2.5 kJ/mm.
