Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Full hot-dip galvanizing to ISO 1461 provides 25+ years of corrosion protection — eliminating repainting cycles and dramatically reducing lifetime maintenance cost.
Metallurgically Bonded Zinc
The zinc coating is metallurgically bonded to the steel — not a paint layer. It cannot peel, chip, or flake. Road salt, moisture, and UV have no lasting effect.
Self-Healing at Cut Edges
Cathodic protection means zinc sacrifices itself to protect adjacent steel at cut edges and drill holes — the trailer stays protected even after fabrication modifications.

Integrated ISO twist locks accept standard 20ft and 40ft shipping containers — no adapter plates or secondary hardware required.
