Three-deck hydraulic system: Deck 1 (Gooseneck) with worm-screw spindle mechanisms for precise height adjustment, Deck 2 (Middle) with articulated linkage and length extension for versatile vehicle positioning, Deck 3 (Rear) extendable for oversized loads and low-clearance sports cars. 32,000 kg technically permissible maximum laden mass enables transport of heavy luxury SUVs and electric vehicles with large battery packs.

Next-generation Walvoil electro-hydraulic valves replace GMS for smoother, more responsive operation with reduced hydraulic noise. Side-sliding maintenance covers enable easy access for routine service. PLC-controlled Tele-Radio wireless remote with 7-inch touch display delivers real-time process monitoring and intuitive single-operator control.

Two 10-ton Gigant drum axles with air suspension provide superior ride quality and load protection. Wabco or Knorr-Bremse 2S-2M EBS electronic braking system with automatic slack adjusters ensures consistent stopping performance. Air reservoir configuration: 80L + 80L + 1L filter tank for reliable pneumatic operation. 24V / 200A NATO socket electrical connection for universal tractor compatibility.

Full Aspöck LED lighting suite (upgraded from Fristom) featuring dynamic rear stop lamps, amber side markers, and 6 high-output working LED lights for safe nighttime loading. IGUS TX1 fibre bushings and polyamide slide sheets enable grease-free, maintenance-free operation with reduced operating costs and environmental impact.
